In a powerful declaration from Mogadishu, Somalia’s Defence Minister, Ahmed Moalim Fiqi, reaffirmed the federal government’s unwavering support for the newly formed SSC-Khaatumo administration. Labeling the movement as a “bold stand against separatist ambitions,” Fiqi emphasized its role in preserving the territorial integrity of northern Somalia.

The SSC-Khaatumo leadership has been hailed for its resilience in the face of political fragmentation, representing a pivotal force for unity in a country long challenged by internal divisions.
