Special Security Forces Commander's vehicle attacked in Bosaso

A vehicle belonging to the commander of the counter-terrorism unit in Puntland State, Mohamed Osman, came under fire in the coastal city of Bosaso.

The attack came days after regional authorities, who are at odds with Osman, received a shipment of weapons from Ethiopia, a move that angered the Somali federal government.
