The Ministry of Justice and Constitutional Affairs of Somalia has ordered the notaries in Mogadishu not to transfer the information of the citizens to the Al-Shabaab and Daesh groups.  The Ministry of Justice and Constitutional Affairs of Somalia said that citizens have submitted a complaint that they have shared their information with Al-Shabaab from some notaries in Mogadishu
