The Supreme Court is trying to illegally release Fahad Yassin's seat

 Office of the Attorney General, Dr. Osman Elmi Guled, responded to a statement from the Office of the Assistant Chief Justice, urging the lawyer to respond to the lawsuit filed by Fahad Yassin against the FEIT Committee.

Dr. Osman Elmi, said he needed more time to get to the bottom of the case, and demanded that he be given two weeks, to meet with, the accused Chairman of the Electoral Commission.

The Supreme Court is reportedly preparing to illegally vacate the seat of Fahad Yassin and, at the same time, overturn the Electoral Commission's decision.

Chief Justice Bashe Yusuf Ahmed also met with Farmajo and Fahad Yassin at the presidential palace, and presented Chief Justice Bashe Yusuf Ahmed with money earmarked for the seat.

The purpose of the meeting was to allow Bashe Yusuf to vacate the HOP086 seat, which was looted by Fahad Yassin in Beledweyne, while the FEIT Committee approved two of the seats held by the South West Administration.
