The outgoing group, led by Farmajo and Fahad Yassin, wants to disrupt a joint session of the JFS Parliamentary Assembly today, which will approve the bicameral election law.

Fahad ordered NISA officers, who had looted their seats, to block the House of Representatives from approving the parliamentary speaker election law today.

Former President Farmajo also paid a lot of money last night for lawmakers from the South West not to go to Villa Hargeisa today, however, many members from Baidoa refused.

Fahad and Farmajo's intentions in disrupting the parliamentary session are to disrupt the bicameral parliamentary elections scheduled for the end of this month, to run for the presidency.

Fahad wants the 11th Parliament to go on holiday, and on the 10th of Ramadan to go to Umrah, to get a chance to find out the cases he has filed, which he wants to become a member of the House of Representatives.

Fahad also wants to corrupt the position of First Deputy Speaker of the lower house.

In order to win, the parliamentary election must be completed before Eid in order to get the country out of the crisis, Presidential elections are also being held to save the country from a dictator.
