Reports from Buq Aqable area in the Hiran region of central Somalia say that a car carrying civilians was blown up. The news adds that 3 people died in the accident, including a father and his son. A well-known sheikh among the local residents named Hasan Xuseen and Mukhtar Haji died, according to the media. 

 The Somali government has accused al-Shabaab fighters of burying mines on the roads of Hiran region after they failed to prevent the public uprising supported by the armed forces.
