Abdirahman Abdishakur also said, “Amino was a person who rejected oppression, upheld justice and stood up for the rights of citizens, and that made her a hero living in the conscience of the Somali people. "Today I have warned of organized attacks on dissidents who are defending the rights of citizens, to intimidate those who are silent, or who think they will support change in the next election."
