Ali Osoble recommends Hirshabelle to have two presidents
Ali Abdullahi Osoble was recently elected president of the Hirshabelle administration, and Osoble will be the head of the youngest federal state, behind the formation of regional governments in Somalia.
Cosoble argued that his clan was being pushed. In a statement posted on Facebook, he said his family would elect a new president in Beledweyne.
He put it in his speech
I recommend a similar operation in Jowhar to start in Beledweyne. Let the Hirshabelle parliament be elected, let the president and vice president be elected and let Beledweyne function.
You have the right, no one can stop you. Once you do that, FGS, IGAD, AU and the international community will listen to you.
