Again new mess in Somalia because of Alshabaab .
The US Africa Command has said that 12 Al-Shabaab fighters were killed in an attack in Somalia in support of the federal government. AFRICOM said in a statement that the attack took place about 472 km north-east of the capital of Somalia, Mogadishu. The United States has been providing continuous support to the Somali government since President Joe Biden last year approved the Pentagon's request to deploy US troops to the area as a pre-emptive measure.
The approval to send less than 500 soldiers to Somalia overturned the decision of former US President Donald Trump to withdraw all US-backed forces from Somalia. AFRICOM said a US strike in October killed two Al-Shabaab members while another strike in November killed 17 fighters in Kadal.
The officials said that they have been looking for him for a long time, and after explosions in different areas of Mudug, many people died and others were injured. The 21st Division of the Armed Forces said that the investigation and justice agencies will refer Salman Dadir to court and reward him for the crimes he committed against the public as reported.
