The country's Supreme Court has dismissed the case filed by Fahad Yassin against the Federal Electoral Commission, citing the Supreme Court's lack of jurisdiction to hear complaints about administrative decisions in the by-elections.

The court announced that it accepted the opposition of the Office of the Attorney General on behalf of the Federal Indirect Election Implementation Committee that the Supreme Court has no jurisdiction to hear complaints related to the 11th JFS Indirect Election.

The Court stated that the Electoral Disputes Resolution Committee, is responsible for adjudicating and resolving complaints arising from the decisions and actions taken by the two commissions, FEIT and SEIT, in accordance with Article 1 of the Commission's responsibilities and duties.

The move came as a blow to Fahad Yassin and Farmajo, who believed the Supreme Court could, illegally, make Fahad a Member of Parliament, and now have to comply with the FEIT Commission's decision to re-run the election. seat HOP086, from Beledweyne.

Both Farmajo and Fahad using Al-Shabaab along with their loyal armed forces want to disrupt the parliamentary elections so that the country's elections do not end.

We are determined never to hold elections in the country to stay in Villa Somalia.

The Somali people are also aware of Farmajo and Fahad's plans, and are ready to thwart any attempt to destroy democracy in Somalia.
