Roble continues to hold elections without a solution to the fraud of previous seats

Roble

Social networking sites revealed that the Somaliland Electoral Commission announced that the registration of delegates for the four seats in the eleventh parliament will begin tomorrow, 12/13/2021, and the Somaliland Electoral Commission also said that the registration of delegates, training, application and installation of candidates will take place from 13 to 16 from this month.

This announcement also comes after Prime Minister Roble rejected the opposition's call to stop the elections and ordered it to continue. Roble's position is evidence of the distance between him and the opposition, which was once a strong ally and ally of President Farmajo.

If Roble continues to run in this way without resolving the looting and rigging of previous seats, it will be clear that he is a scapegoat for Farmajo and that he is not impartial in the upcoming elections in the country.

The continuation of the elections without resolving the opposition’s concerns will lead to the opposition boycott of the elections to be run by Farmajo and his party, and will lead to a second collapse of the country, so it is imperative that Farmajo and Roble listen to the opposition’s concerns and address them so that the country can hold free and fair elections.
