Meeting between Ahmed Madobe, Deni and the Union of Candidates in Mogadishu

The candidates' union said in a meeting with Ahmed Madobe and Dani Halane that they were all calling for the country to be removed from the disputed situation and for elections to be held.

The sensitive meeting will focus on the situation in the country, especially the stalemate over the country's 2021 elections. 

Ahmed Madobe, Said Deni and opposition candidates will also discuss the federal and state election consultative meeting

However, opposition candidates have to campaign to participate in the dialogue with the federal government and the state of looga arrisanayo choice.

Both Ahmed Madobe and Dani in Mogadishu have expressed fears of insecurity in Mogadishu and conspiracies against opposition candidates in the past.

Finally, the Somali people call on the opposition candidates and regional administration leaders meeting in Mogadishu today to put pressure on Farmajo to hold free and fair elections or relinquish power.
